Managing Director
Began working for his fathers company which was started in 1971 and worked his way up through the ranks to eventually take over running the business in 2010. Never afraid to get his hands dirty Andy ensures he knows what is going on within the business if not fully involved in the work himself.
Operations Director
Tom has over 25 years of experience in the Freight forwarding industry, specialising in moving food products and Aluminium to name a few. This has enabled him to bring a wealth of expertise to Buckle Shipping when he joined 7 years ago and has bugged Andy ever since with ideas.
Director
Tom joined us in 2017 from Buckle Shipping this was the original company started by his father in 1967, this was before Buckle Shipping (Ipswich) Ltd was created as a breakaway company whilst our paths as businesses went in different directions and traded separately the companies remained close and this made Andy's decision to bring Tom onboard and his vast experience within the industry into the office.
Accounts Team Leader
Danielle joined the Buckle Family in 2021 with a strong background in Accounts through many years, she decided to return to a trade where she first started to return to shipping and has been instrumental to bring the department together and also more importantly to bring them forward as we grow.
Imports Team Leader
Marc has now been with Buckle for over 20 years and is buckle through and through, his knowledge of both the company and our customers makes him an integral part of our business.
